The tool will also work on almost any Kwikset knock off entry knobs. It will not work on older non-SmartKey Weiser knobs. After many prototypes using different materials, we found the material needed for construction of the Brockhage bypass tool. It is made of extremely strong material and should last for years. Compact and easy to carry at all times. We recommend purchasing the Accessory Kit (BBT-101) if you plan to access the ANSI Grade 2 Kwikset & Weiser Entry Knobs.
